A One Spirit Wedding

To book a date is very simple.

1. Email or call me -                    317-687-4200  
2.  A civil or an elopement will be taken care of at once.
3. For a Shade Tree or Formal Wedding, I will need the time, date and location of your ceremony, including the time, date and location of the rehearsal (if any).  I will check my calendar and let you know if I or an associate is availabe.
4. Print a copy of the Wedding Information Form and the Officiant's Wedding Contract.
5. Fill out both forms completely.  Mail both forms along with the deposit.
6. Make checks payable to Rev. Dr. Mike Dearing

     Once the deposit, the Wedding Contact Form and the signed Wedding contract is received, I will call you.  We can decide then if you want a  face to face planning meeting.

     A face to face planning meeting is NOT required.  With most people's busy calendars, scheduling a face to face meeting can be quite challenging.  To be honest, this meeting can be accomplished via email and/or the phone.  You decide and I'll make it happen.

     If the wedding party is small, a rehearsal is not required.  My wife and I will come early for the wedding and do a "talk through" rehearsal.  Once again, you decide and I'll make it happen.
